It was first started as SHARMA CLINIC & IRC center in 2000 which was first full-fledged ano rectal hospital for pile, fissure & fistula in the city as well as in southwestern Maharashtra. Now since 2015 onwards it is known as KOLHAPUR PROCTOLOGY CENTER (Sharma hospital) and is well equipped with latest and advanced machinery related to piles, fissure & fistula treatment and it is especially known for O P D base, non-surgical, less invasive surgery and day care treatment or procedure.
